What Families Say
In Their Own Words
The families who have worked with Keepsake come from across Bangkok, with different circumstances and different document collections. What they have in common is that they left with something in better order than they arrived with.

What Bangkok Families Have Shared
These accounts reflect genuine experiences. We do not include reviews that describe individual outcomes or advice — only the experience of the session or service itself.
Nanthipha Kongkaew
Lat Phrao, Bangkok
"We had boxes of papers from my parents' house that no one in the family wanted to tackle. Pimchanok came to our home and within a few hours everything was labelled and in a sensible order. She was gentle with the whole process and never once pushed us on what to do with anything. Just sorted."

Aroon Wanichkul
Phrom Phong, Bangkok
"I attended the Records Understanding Workshop with my sister. We both came away with a much clearer idea of what types of documents exist and how families typically organise them. The facilitator was clear that nothing shared was individual guidance, which I appreciated — it kept the content very focused and useful."

Siriporn Thanakit
Bangrak, Bangkok
"We have the Archive Membership and it is exactly what we needed. Each quarter there are new checklists and templates that prompt us to review things we might otherwise put off. The materials are practical and written plainly — my husband and I can both follow them without needing to ask anyone for help."
Ordered Archive Membership · Ongoing from March 2025
Priya Boonmee
Silom, Bangkok
"What struck me most was how unhurried everything felt. I had worried it would feel rushed or that I would leave with a list of things I was supposed to do. Instead, we simply sorted what was in front of us. It was a relief, honestly — just straightforward administrative help without any commentary on the documents themselves."

Mattana Charoenwong
Ari, Bangkok
"I had been putting off sorting my household documents for about two years. The Keepsake session gave me a structure to follow and the confidence that what I had done was enough for now. The team was clear about what they were and weren't there for, which made me feel more comfortable rather than less."

Thanit Prachuabmoh
Thonglor, Bangkok
"My whole family attended the workshop together — three of us from different households. We all found it useful in different ways. Thanakorn explained everything clearly and was patient with questions. I particularly liked the take-home sheets, which I have actually used since."

Three Stories in Brief
These accounts are drawn from composite family experiences. Names are changed. No personal details are shared.
Case Study 01
A House Move and a Pile of Papers
The Situation
A family preparing to move house discovered several boxes of documents accumulated over thirty years — some belonging to elderly parents who had recently moved in. The collection was unsorted and partially in Thai, partially in English.
What Keepsake Did
Two Study Sorting Sessions were arranged at the family home. Documents were sorted into broad categories, labelled in both languages, and placed into a colour-coded folder system the family had already purchased.
How It Concluded
The family moved with a fully labelled archive that took up two lever-arch folders rather than three boxes. They could locate any document within minutes. They later subscribed to the Archive Membership to maintain the system.
"It felt like someone had helped us breathe again. Just the act of sorting made the whole move feel more manageable."
Case Study 02
Three Siblings, One Shared Question
The Situation
Three adult siblings were trying to understand the types of documents they should each be keeping at home, prompted by an elderly parent's hospitalisation. None of them had a clear picture of common family record categories.
What Keepsake Did
All three attended a Records Understanding Workshop together. The session covered common household document categories in plain language, and each participant received a copy of all information sheets.
How It Concluded
Each sibling left the workshop with a clearer picture of what types of records exist and how they are commonly organised. Two of the three subsequently booked a Study Sorting Session for their own homes.
"We finally had a shared vocabulary to talk about this. That alone was worth the morning."
Case Study 03
A Couple Who Wanted to Stay Organised
The Situation
A couple in their fifties with adult children had recently sorted their documents for the first time and wanted a way to keep them tidy without having to think about it too hard on an ongoing basis.
What Keepsake Did
They joined the Ordered Archive Membership. Each quarter, they receive new checklists and review prompts. The materials help them keep their records updated steadily rather than letting things accumulate again.
How It Concluded
They renewed for a second year. In their own account, they described the membership as "a nudge every few months" that kept them doing something small and consistent rather than large and overwhelming.
"The quarterly checklists are what keep us going. They are short enough to actually do."
